Program description

Ringback is a missed-call text-back service operated by Salvador Maida in Los Angeles, California. When someone calls a business that uses Ringback and the call is not answered, the caller receives a text message from that business replying to their call. The texts help the caller describe what they need and choose a good time for the business to follow up.

How you opt in

There are two ways to opt in:

• Website form: enter your name and mobile number in the "Get a demo text" form on our homepage and check the box agreeing to receive texts. The box is unchecked by default, and consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Calling us: call our demo line, (747) 325-5656, shown on our homepage. If the call is not answered, you receive one text replying to your call.

We never buy, import or rent phone numbers, and we never send unsolicited or marketing texts. After the first text, more messages are sent only if you reply.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Typically 1 to 6 messages per missed call.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. To start again, reply START.
