• The content of text messages exchanged, such as your name, what you need and your preferred time.
• Basic timestamps of calls and messages.

How we use it

We use this information only to reply to your call, pass your request to the business you called so they can follow up, and keep the service working. We do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share your request only with the business you called. We use service providers to run the service, such as our phone and messaging provider and an AI text provider that helps write replies; they process data only to provide the service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention

We keep conversation records only as long as needed to provide the service to the business you called, and delete them on request.
